Keeping fit can be a chore....Gyms get boring !!! Kung Fu will not only keep you physically fit but is also a fantastic way of working out life's stresses...keeping your mind fit too !!!!!

Whilst we train hard ...we also like to laugh hard too !!! We have an established group of adults already who all love to train in the friendly classes we hold.
